Kilpatrick's allegations were sent to a grand jury in november 2018. On june 5, 2019, he was found guilty on five counts of sexual abuse of children. Kilpatrick was released on $125,000 bail until june 2019, when he was taken into custody pending sentencing. On november 26, 2019, the judge confirmed his sentence to 35 years in prison.

Was arrested on november 16, 2017 on three counts of possession of child pornography.
Rich was charged on all three counts on november 16, 2017, pleaded guilty to three different counts counts and was sentenced on feb. 1 to 18 months' probation with a further two years' probation.
Rich was released on $45,000 bail throughout the trial. Rich was an episcopal minister in birmingham, alabama, and was no longer at auburn university when he was arrested. Carter was detained in virginia pending extradition to alabama on $50,000 bail us dollars. . On march 19, 2020, he was arrested by alabama police on the initial five counts of possession of child sex tapes and held on $125,000 bail.As of june 2021, carter remains in the lee county detention center in alabama ahead of the grand jury scheduled for august 16, 2021. In virginia, carter pleaded not guilty, pleaded no contest, and was convicted on september 3, 2019.
